These Official Rules Update apply to users visiting or registering on or after February 1, 2016.
For existing Members, these Official Rules Update will become effective on February 1, 2016.

Overview
These Website Official Rules apply to the website with a home page located at http://www.quiz-trivia.com and http://www.quizbook.eu (*).
By using this Website or creating an Account you are agreeing to these Official Rules.
Any violation of these Official Rules may lead to termination of your Account, cancellation of any Cash or other items earned as well as any other applicable legal remedy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not use this Website.
MEMBERSHIP
Members must be living individuals, and not corporations or any other type of entity. Members must provide a valid Email Address during registration.
You agree that Quizbook may contact you through any email or other contact information provided by you.
Types of accounts available to members:
- Standard Account (free account, daily limit - 10 quizzes)
- Premium Account (daily limit - 25 quizzes)
- Gold Account (daily limit - 50 quizzes)
Members can purchase account upgrades from 'My Account' page.
If member don’t sign in Quizbook account at least once every 30 days, the account is considered “inactive” and will be removed.
Duplicate Accounts
Members may not create more than one Account with Quizbook. In addition, we do not allow:
I. More than one Account in the same Household
II. More than one Account with the same Mailing Address
III. More than one Account using the same Computer
Account Cancellation
Members may cancel their Account any time by clicking the “Cancel Account” link in the “My Account” tab.
If a Member cancels their Account, they will forfeit all their Cash in their Account. In addition, any requested or pending payments for that Member are removed and forfeited.
Referral System
You may refer as many people as you want. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address. You only earn from directly referred referrals.
The points made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly.
Once a user registered using your referral link he/she becomes your direct referral forever (A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her).
You receive 20% commission on all of your referrals' earnings.
Password and Account Security
In connection with your Account, you will create a Password.
You are responsible for keeping your Password confidential and secure, and you are responsible for all actions taken using your Password.
How to Play
When you start playing you’ll have the choice of answering trivia questions from the category of your choosing.
20 questions will be given per round with 10 seconds to answer each question.
If you don’t answer any questions, you’ll automatically be marked as wrong.
Registered users can take each quiz up to three times per day for points (*).
The points you earn can be redeemed for cash deposits to PayPal.
10 points is the equivalent of $0.01 USD. Point value for the correct answer vary depending on account type and Quizbook website advertising revenue.
No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of playing are permitted.
CASH AND PAYMENT
You can earn Cash which is credited to your Account.
Your Account, including any Cash or other credits in your Account, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and may not be pooled, lent, sold, or exchanged.
No redemption of cash until you have accrued at least 5 dollars in your account ($5.00) (*) (the “minimum payment amount”).
We have no liability or obligation to pay you whatsoever, unless and until you have accrued at least the minimum payment amount in your account.
Unless and until your account balance reaches the minimum payment amount, the “cash” in your account has no cash value.
You can request payment of the Cash in your Account, by clicking the “Request Payment” link under the “My Account” tab.
As noted above, you may not request payment and the Cash in your Account has no actual cash value until you have accrued at least the Minimum Payment Amount.
All payments are processed securely via Paypal. There is no fee for this service.
Payment requests will be processed between 5 and 10 days after request.
Fraud Prevention
Quizbook reserves the right to place any payment request on hold, for any reason, until the requested information has been provided by the Member.
Ample notice will be given to the Member to provide this information.
If the Member does not provide this information before their payment is scheduled to be processed, their Account will be suspended until they do so.
All decisions by Quizbook regarding fraud or suspected fraud are binding and final.
COPYRIGHT
No part of this website or any of its contents may be reproduced, copied, modified or adapted, without the prior written consent of Quizbook, it's officers or management,
unless otherwise indicated for stand-alone materials. Quizbook logos and stats are the sole property of Quizbook and may be copied or used on your website, blog, Facebook,
email or like but a link back to Quizbook must be present. Any logos, text and or stats may be used on your website, Facebook, blog or email for promotional or advertising
purposes but you may not use the Quizbook name in any way or make false claims of being a Quizbook partner, employee or contractor without the express written consent of
Quizbook or it's management.(*)

This Official Rules can change. Although we have the right to change this Official Rules without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members
the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.(*)
